Changes as of 01.07.2022 - inflation surcharge<\/h4>

08.06.2022<\/strong><\/p>

The company Neher Insektenschutzsysteme has informed all producers that from\u00a001.06.2022 with the producers<\/strong>\u00a0an inflation surcharge is due. The price increases for raw materials and expiring contracts are among the reasons for this. The inflation surcharge for producers is 18 % for profiles and 10 % for additional items.<\/p>

Heitzer AG has decided, also after consultation with Neher, to\u00a001.07.2022 an inflation surcharge of only 6 %<\/strong>\u00a0to the partners\/specialist dealers.\u00a0<\/p>

For us, this means that we have got off lightly in terms of the other known price increases in other sectors.<\/p>

We recommend you<\/strong>\u00a0now the still\u00a0open offers from this year<\/strong>\u00a0retroactive to 01.01.2022 directly\u00a0to call<\/strong>or\u00a0to write to<\/strong>. Certainly another possibility at this point\u00a0to convert one or two offers into an order.<\/strong>\u00a0Inform your customers that the current offer price cannot be maintained from 1 July 2022 due to price increases. Depending on the number of open offers, our recommendation is to either\u00a0directly by telephone\u00a0<\/strong>or else\u00a0by post.\u00a0<\/strong>For example, with 50 open offers, an investment of \u20ac42.50 in postage.<\/p>

Inflation surcharge \/ winter discount 2021<\/h4>

14.10.2021<\/strong><\/p>

A further price increase will be introduced on 01.11.2021. The company Neher Insektenschutzsysteme has to pass on a further price increase proportionately, as the raw material prices have a dramatic price development.<\/p>

For this reason, the cost-of-living surcharge, which was already introduced in the middle of the year due to the same issue, will be\u00a001.11.2021<\/strong>\u00a0from\u00a03%<\/strong>\u00a0on then\u00a0\u00a0Total 8%<\/strong>\u00a0increased.<\/p>

This year, Heitzer AG is granting the\u00a0Winter discount<\/strong>\u00a0in the amount of\u00a05%<\/strong>\u00a0from the\u00a001.11.2021<\/strong>. However, Heitzer AG will not introduce the passing on of the cost-of-living surcharge on 1 November 2021, but is expected to do so from\u00a008.11.2021<\/strong>. This gives you a window of opportunity to offer your customers who have an open quotation at least the\u00a05% Winter discount<\/strong>\u00a0to pass on.<\/p>

Recommendation for action:<\/strong><\/u><\/p>

They write to customers individually and follow up the letters promptly by telephone.<\/p>

From our point of view, in addition to a good Internet presence, it is increasingly important to make satisfied customers, who express their satisfaction to us and strengthen this satisfaction through recommendations, visible on the Internet through reviews. When we reflect on our own purchasing behaviour on the Internet, it is often the case that, in addition to the product, the reviews are also important for us when making a decision.<\/p>

We have recently started working with our pilot operation using the evaluation platform\u00a0\"Review Forrest\"<\/a>\u00a0together.<\/p>

In practice, we send the customer a follow-up e-mail after the successful installation. In this e-mail, we refer to the installation and inform the customer that we would be pleased to receive an evaluation (Letter to customers via e-mail)<\/a>. In return, we cover the costs of planting a tree in Mexico. In this way, an INSEKTUM forest is created with and for the customer and we invest in climate protection.<\/p>

As an additional positive side effect, every review appears as a Google review in your Google Place entry.<\/p>

You only invest \u20ac5 for each rating. This will be used to plant the tree, among other things, and to publish it on the platform.\u00a0\"Review Forrest\"<\/a>\u00a0as well as on Google, you will be much more interesting with positive reviews.<\/p>
