Transparency is very important to us in the INSEKTUM partner company concept. For this reason, in this chapter we provide you with the current developments of the INSEKTUM pilot operation. With the help of the INSEKTUM Organisation System IOS 2.0, various key figures can be evaluated at different levels. As most analyses are based on incoming addresses, a meaningful evaluation is only meaningful from approx. 4 weeks after receipt of the address. In addition, the analyses of the last few months can always change. For example, if an incoming address from March is only received in June, this will influence the curve in March for some key figures. Net sales from incoming addresses<\/strong><\/h5>

In contrast to the invoiced net customer sales, this chart shows the net sales generated from the respective incoming addresses. The following example illustrates the difference:\u00a0<\/p>

An address is generated during a supermarket campaign at the end of March. The sales appointment takes place in April. The customer decides to accept the order for \u20ac 1200.00 during the appointment. The sales were therefore generated in April and probably also invoiced in April, or at the latest in May. As the address was already received in March, the\u00a0Net sales from incoming addresses\u00a0<\/strong>also assigned to March. This chart shows the total number of incoming addresses from all 11 advertising channels over the course of the year and in comparison with the previous year. The appointment rate indicates how many of the incoming addresses led to a sales appointment. This value should tend to be high (80% +). The appointment rate is an indicator of the quality of the addresses. Order quota<\/strong><\/h5>

The order quota shows how many orders, measured in terms of appointments, have been generated. If 6 orders are generated from 10 appointments, the order quota is 60 %. This quota is influenced by many things. In addition to the expertise of the sales consultant, the quality of the addresses also plays a major role here. Only if an address has been generated conscientiously does the sales consultant have a chance of successfully closing the deal. If, for example, prices or even incorrect prices are quoted before the individual consultation on site, the sales consultant will find it difficult to sell the best and most sensible solution.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The address value converts the net sales generated to all addresses. If this value is satisfactory, then it is very likely that all other key figures will be too. The following example shows how the address value is calculated:<\/p>
